Once I complete my purchase online can I access my course(s) immediately?

LBA University Manager, Kiara Walbrook, will complete your order and email your login information as soon as possible. 

Note: If you submit an order over the weekend (Saturday/Sunday), your order will not be completed until the next business day.

I purchased a course for my employee and he/she completed the course, but the certificate is in my name. Why is the certificate showing my name instead of my employees if he/she completed the course?

On the “Create Account” webpage for individual courses, put your employee’s name and information only. This ensures the certificate shows the desired employee’s name. 

If an employee is no longer with the company and did not complete their course(s), can I place another employee in their course(s)?

Only if the previous employee did not start the course(s). Please contact LBA University Manager, Kiara Walbrook, at 252-317-2125 or for assistance. 

How can I obtain my certificate once I complete the course?

Once the course is completed, the certificate is available immediately for download.

When does the course certificate expire?

In our system, your certificate does not expire. However, we always recommend to get recertified annually. 

Note: Verify with your company as they may have their own policy and require annual recertification. 

What if my name or email address is wrong?

How long does it take to complete the courses?

Each course can be completed in less than 1 hour, except for OSHA 10 and OSHA 30. 

What is LBA’s refund policy?

  • A request for a refund of a training course is subject to a 15% service charge. Or course may be held as a credit for a future user.
  • In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training session, please submit an email to or
  • Training course cancellations will not be confirmed until registration is complete and billing information is received in full.
