The topic of his seminar at the Pre-Conference Event was “Elements of Zoning: Crafting A Successful Zoning Strategy.”

Mr. Behr, a recognized leader in the telecommunications industry, discussed radio frequency (RF) technical issues confronting wireless system planners and zoning authorities.
