LBAU Business Development Manager

Job Scope: 

The LBAU Business Development Manager will build long-term relationships with clients with a focus on increasing awareness of product offerings and overall sales.  Ideal candidate must be persistent in creating and pursuing leads and persuasive in his/her customer presentations.  He/she should be a problem solver, working with customers to analyze their training needs and to recommend solutions.  The position will work closely with Marketing and Operations to build a first-class platform based in part on feedback from clients.  

Top candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, and an eagerness to meet and speak with new clients.  A background in Occupational Health and Safety is highly preferred.  Travel is required for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify sales opportunities by analyzing information and trends related to the industry
  • Develop new accounts by researching and identifying potential leads, soliciting new business, and building connections with key players in multiple segments
  • Drive continued sales by nurturing existing relationships and continual contact
  • Work with Marketing and Operations to continually improve LBAU product offerings to stay relevant in the market
  • Complete all tasks in accordance with LBA’s SOPs
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of product offerings from other business units to cross-sell
  • Takes ownership in maintaining and expanding sales for LBAU
  • All other tasks as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with marketing tools and best practices
  • Strong organization skills
  • Sound time-management skills and self-motivation
  • Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work seated at a computer, on site, for approximately 40 hours per week
  • Perform presentations of data to Management, prospects, and customers
  • Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
  • Ability to lift weight up to 15 lbs.

Technical Sales Specialist

LBA is looking for a proven salesperson who is technically minded, a strong business developer and a closer! Candidates will be self-motivated and a strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are expecting strong revenue performance and customer acquisition.

Candidates should possess excellent technical skills to communicate LBA’s extensive product and service offerings and to understand current wireless technology. Typical product and service knowledge needed includes specialty lightning protection, RF test equipment, AM antenna equipment, wireless technical services, tower and transmission systems, interference mitigation and RF Safety.

RF Engineer

LBA Group has an opening for a Radio Field Engineer with significant theoretical and hands-on experience in the design and maintenance of AM broadcast antenna systems, RF interference, towers and related areas. An EE degree or equal; capability with MoM and other RF software; knowledge of FCC AM and wireless rules; and professional competency with RF field and signal measurements is required.

Candidates will perform field projects throughout the US, with some foreign travel and have a current US passport. Candidates should be an excellent tech report writer, self-organizing with an enthusiastic, forward-looking attitude.
