TV Signal Analyzers for Broadcasting and Satellite
These are the latest generation Analog/Digital Transmission Analysis Systems in compact and portable designs. These systems have an abundance of features for everything from simultaneous spectrum and picture analysis to constellation diagrams. Virtually all broadcast digital formats are accommodated. A high resolution color display permits real-time picture monitoring as well as measurement graphics. Computer remote control, data storage, and automatic measurements are standard.
Perfect for field or laboratory use, these analyzers are capable of being powered from mains, external DC, or internal rechargeable Li-ion battery pack.

Adam 3000 Analog/Digital Signal Analyzer
Signal Meters for Satellite and CATV
These Kathrein signal meters provide portable, precision measurement capabilities for engineers and technicians dealing with CATV and satellite systems, both in the field and in the laboratory. This series has an array of capabilities including signal strength and bit error rate (BER) measurement, calibrated spectrum analysis, and cable forward and return path testing and setup. Some models incorporate automated report generating and printing under PC control.

Signal Generators and Frequency Synthesizers
Schomandl SG-series Signal Generators provide RF test signals in a wide frequency range from 9 kHz to 3000 MHz with excellent spectral purity. Comprehensive modulation and timing options are available for applications like receiver testing and EMI measurements. Models are available that provide for high speed frequency hopping and sweeping.
These models combine ease of use with extensive test program storage and external control capabilities.
Schomandl ND-series Frequency Synthesizers provide precision, stable signals over a wide frequency range from 100 kHz to 1000 MHz. They are superbly suited for research, development, production and calibration laboratories. All feature simple operation and excellent functionality. Remote and manual control, test program storage, ultrafast switching time and variable output levels are available.
Two channel synthesizers are the optimal solution for systems with several HF signals with higher frequency precision and more spectral purity. These find particular application in NMR and ATE systems.
Configurations in bench and 19” rack formats are available.
Monitors for Personal RF Safety
SafeOne® Personal RF Safety Monitors are an effective and economical means to monitor the strength of electromagnetic (RF) fields from mobile phone towers, microwave ovens, radio and television installations, high frequency welders, and other common workplace RF sources between 10 and 10,000 MHz. Lightweight and wearable, the Personal RF Monitor is essential RF safety equipment in complying with FCC, OSHA, and other safe workplace requirements.
RF Power Monitors for Broadcast and Communications
The newly inroduced Schomandl 3024 Digital RF Power Monitor provides true RMS and peak power measurements across the 50 – 2,200 MHz frequency range. The power monitor can be used to 1,000 KW with appropriate sensor units. It can be programmed to accept a wide variety of power couplers, including most existing customer installed units. A number of external alarm and data modes are available. The 3024's web enabled features allow you to monitor remote RF networks with ease.

Products Include:
Test Meter for WLAN, WiFi, WiMAX, and RFID
This Schomandl test set measures the power and VSWR of a wide variety of low power devices operating in the 2.5 and 5 GHz bands, and the entire range between 2 and 6 GHz. This tester is fully compatible with 802.11a, b, and c. Measurements are possible both through line insertion and antenna proximity coupling, down to 50 uw.
Timing and Frequency Standards
Precision timing and synchronization are vital to our internet and wireless infrastructure; efficiently maximizing the use of bandwidth and meshing the flow of network data. Precise timing requirements appear in a variety of other industries, from banking to E911, the healthcare industry and power utilities. Digital television and DTV transmission systems could not function without synchronization to precise time standards. Navigation systems, avionics and military communications are other applications in which precision timing is essential.
GPS disciplined master clock systems can give accurate time to the nanoseconds – at reasonable cost and in small packages. They can provide synchronization virtually anywhere in the world, referenced to UTC time. Because of the highly stable disciplined oscillators, short term stability is adequate to continue precision signals for a defined time in the absence of GPS reception.
