May 24, 2002 (Greenville, NC) – Lawrence Behr, CEO of LBA Group, Inc., was a featured speaker at the 5th Annual PCIA Tower and Site Management Forum held in Hollywood, FL, May 15-17, 2002.  The topic of his seminar at the Pre-Conference Event was “Elements of Zoning: Crafting A Successful Zoning Strategy.”

Mr. Behr, a recognized leader in the telecommunications industry, discussed radio frequency (RF) technical issues confronting wireless system planners and zoning authorities.  To help resolve these issues, LBA offers ZoneTek™ (the Zoning Technical Team) to provide professional services tailored to cellular system client needs nationwide.  These services include, among other elements, independent technical assessment, field tests and expert testimony about RF hazards, inter-carrier interference and regulatory compliance concerns.
