LBA Technology Strengthens Operations
Prepares for Further Growth

Greenville, NC, 30 November 2007 –- Antenna products manufacturer LBA Technology, Inc. has restructured key positions and personnel assignments in the face of increasing business.  The changes will strengthen customer service and sales support in the LBA Group company, recently recognized by Inc. 5000 as among the nation's fastest growing.

"We are constantly evolving our structure to maximize the strategic effectiveness of our excellent employees," said Jerry Brown, President.  "We expect these changes to be very positive for both our customers and our company operating results."

Named to the new post of Vice President - Sales is John George, a longtime sales professional in the broadcast industry.  John has recently joined LBA and now has overall sales responsibility for the firm.

Javier Castillo, a longtime LBA sales employee, has been designated International Account Executive.  His primary area of responsibility will be sales to Spain and Latin America.

Veteran employee Betty Perez has been designated to the new position of Director - Resources and Logistics.  She will head activities including materials management, internal resources, exporting and shipping.

Manufacturing and assembly operations continue to be headed by Glenn Tracy, now in the position of Director - Manufacturing.

Engineering resources have been consolidated under the new position of Director of Technical Resources.  This position is filled by Marcian Bouchard whose staff will provide engineering support throughout the LBA Group.
